Our psychological club “Presence” has had a therapeutic group “Where are my wings?” for more than six months, dedicated to overcoming apathy, lifelessness and stagnation. It is surprising that in search of wings - aspiration, inspiration, resources - the meeting participants and I constantly return to the topic of supports, rootedness and grounding.

The roots always come before the wings. Just as it is impossible to take off without having solid ground under your feet, there is no question of living your life with energy and enthusiasm without understanding your background, calling, values, aspirations.

Who am I? Where am I from? Where am I going? Without what will my life be meaningless? The answers to these questions give life weight, and creative flight - a trajectory and direction that distinguishes it from fruitless fluttering. The questions are not easy, you will have to work hard on them.
